RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS All Drivers must be 25 Years of Age. Proper identification such as a valid Drivers License, employment information, credit references, insurance information etc. must be presented when reserving a vehicle. All information will be checked. Half of rental amount is due at time of reservation. Security Deposit: Motorhomes require a Security Deposit of $750.00 for Class C Units and $1200.00 for Class A Units. POP UP & Travel Trailers require a $250.00 Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 business days if unit is returned in good condition. All Rentals require at least a 3 day advance notice in order to complete all paperwork. Payment may be made by check if at least 30 days before departure. Otherwise all payments must be made by Mastercard or Visa. MILEAGE: Renter receives 200 miles per day, all additional miles are .38 per mile. GENERATOR: Renter receives 3 free hours per day, all additional hours are $3.00 per hour. RV MUST be returned by scheduled return date. If you would like to extend your trip you must call and personally okay the extension with someone at our office. We will be glad to accommodate if at all possible. RETURN CONDITIONS: When you pick up your rental unit it will be clean, full of Gas, Propane and Water; the Holding Tanks will be empty. We expect the RV to be returned in the same condition unless you have made prior arrangements for us to take care of this upon your return. (Additional Fee involved) INSURANCE: Renter is responsible for damages not covered by the Rental Insurance Co. such as the Awning. Renter is responsible for purchasing Liability Insurance through our Rental Insurance Agent. We will offer this to you but you are under no obligation to purchase the Liability Insurance. However, you will be responsible for any property damage. Renter must purchase Rental Insurance through MBA Choice. You will be given this information at time of Reservation. REPAIRS: Please report all accidents within 24 hours. If a repair should become necessary during your trip and the cost is $500.00 or less you may make the necessary repairs and we will reimburse you as long as you turn all receipts to us. For repairs over $500.00 please call us directly and we will make arrangements accordingly. We strive to keep all of our equipment in excellent working condition; However sometimes things do breakdown. There will be no compensation for appliances such as the Air Conditioner, TV/VCR/DVD, Coffee Maker, Generator etc. CANCELLATIONS: If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to departure there will be a $25.00 handling fee. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or later, no refund will be given. Renter agrees not to hold Quality RV liable for any damages, inconveniences, or delays resulting from a mechanical breakdown of the rented vehicle. Quality RV will assist in any way possible to minimize any delays or inconveniences.
